I thought this was a very good article on some of the causes of POF as well as advice on seeking help. Since this can be either a symptom or a disease in itself, it is important not to ignore what is happening and get that help soon. The illustrations were quite good and very helpful, and I liked the layout of the page. The rest of the site is pretty good as well. Recommended.
