The side-by-side chart provided in this article is excellent. It gives practical, solid, hands-on steps to take to address specific menopause symptoms from a nutritional standpoint, one very concrete thing that any woman can experiment with to see if it helps. Since every woman is different, it's difficult to predict what will work for you, but by offering up three different options for each symptom, a reader is given a variety of choices to try. Surely one will help!
