Understanding the role of vitamins and minerals in overall health really helps me to determine how I can easily and simply help myself to deal with the symptoms of menopause. Nobody likes to feel helpless, and learning that there are simple steps (such as increasing the amount of magnesium in my intake) helps me feel like I am positively contributing to my own well being. Before reading this article I did not know about the correlation between estrogen production and magnesium/calcium. Now I do. I will be looking at increasing both in my daily supplement regimen.
