You have to scroll way down to see this page. This says exercise is very important for menopausal women and will help burn more calories, but it also says to be careful of fat. It also shapes the body. It would be even better (healthier) advice if it said to especially decrease calories slightly, reduce carbs and pay attention to decreasing LDL, if it's high, blood pressure, if that's high and triglycerides to as low as recommended. Still, this article is a start..
