This was a very comprehensive guide. It does a much better job of covering all the different choices a woman has when dealing with this inevitable condition of life. Compounding was also covered which I found wonderful as that is an aspect often overlooked. I thought this was a good link, tho it may take some time to load on some computers and the link only takes you to a table of content page. Recommended

This looks like an excellent book that covers all the symptoms women suffer with during menopause. It would have been nice if the article contained an excerpt.
